My Regimen

AM: Clean and Clear Deep Pore Cleanser
Murad Acne Moisturizer
Vita-K
Banana Boat Sunblock for Faces

PM: Clean and Clear Continious Acne Cleanser
Clean and Clear Persagel all over face (benzyol peroxide)
Origins Acne Blemish (on the spot only, saliclyic acid (sp?))

Diet: No milk, cheese, eggs, fast food, fried chicken, greasy foods. Lots of apples, plums, strawberries, cherries, and canteloupe. Lots of veggies. DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER!!! (about 120 OZ/day)

My face is so clear with this regimen. Just thought I’d share it with everyone incase anyone is needing/wanting to try another approach. I’ve shared this with my friends and their faces are clearing up, but obvoiusly, its not only because of this regimen….there are always other factors.

    Congrats on your way to clear-dum i wish it for all of us but some of us are healin slower then others. Still trying to perfect my regimen especially for the summer months. But, your looking good kid! Thanks for postin your regimen!
