Misty’s Acne Treatment: B5 and other vitamins

6 grams of Pantothenic acid (B5)
Vitamins A, C, E
B50 complex
EFA Supplement
Fish oil supplement

I wash three times a week w/ Carley’s face wash and use Cetaphil for sensitive skin the rest of the time. I also use Clindamycin topical gel three times a week. When I need to spot treat, I apply Queen Helene’s Mint Julep mask and leave on overnight. I moisturize w/ Oil Of Olay total effects (fragrance and spf free). I rarely get cysts anymore but when I do, I treat them w/ cortizone gel and retin A… they shrink overnight!

I have been eating /living healthy for almost two years now. I only drink water (sometimes Crystal lite) w/ the exception of maybe two diet pops a week. I have never noticed chocolate or fried foods to break me out more but I don’t eat that much of them. I only eat low fat or fat free dairy as well.
