  1. No – I won’t use hynotherapy but I am seeing my EFT trainer tomorrow for some update on training, so will get him to help me do some specific tapping!! Thing with EFT, it is much easier to get someone else to help centre on your problems – it’s not easy to work it all out for myself – although I seem to be able to see others problems quite clearly and then tap it all out of them!
