How Much Apple Cider To Drink Internally?

I’m been taking drinking raw, organic ACV for the last few days and I was wondering if there is a limit on how much you can drink or is any amount okay?

  1. I’ve been drinking it for a few days and so far so good. AcneFighter said drink as much as you can, so until I hear otherwise I will abide by those words.

  2. the usual recommendation is one glas of water with 2 tablespoons of ACV in. You might wanna add a bit of honey in there too.

Drink this once or twice a day

  3. I am gonna try this too. I just bought some organic ACV last week, but so far have just been putting it on food. Will try drinking it with honey as of tomorrow! Wonder what the taste will be like..

  4. Wonder what the taste will be like..

I can solve that mystery right now!!

    it tastes… acidic?

that’s probably the best way to describe it. It’s not that pleasant really, but if it works it’s a small prize to pay..

  5. And… does it work?

now that’s always the 100000$ question..

People – including yours truly – tend to use a range of strategies to combat their their acne.

Some of what Im doing seems to work and ACV intake – both topically and internally – is part of my regime.

    How’s that for an answer?

  6. I’ve been trying to drink this for a few days now and it’s not easy! My stomach always feels a bit funny afterwards, I think it’s too acidic. I’ll try mixing in more honey and water and will see how it goes. Will probably take a break over x-mas break though.
I don’t think I am ever going to eat salt and vinegar potato chips ever again!

  7. How can you drink it? I tried once and the taste is just repulsive. I even tried mixing it into water, but it was still god awful >_<. Any way to mask the taste?

  8. It takes getting used to. You might want to try mixing it with Gatorade or something sweeter and then slowly building it up til you get used to it.

  9. Just be careful with that and lemon because they are really acidic, even when you dilute it and it’s not good for your teeth enamel(Sp?). In other words just drink it, don’t hold it in your mouth or swish it around or it will do the same thing as sugar does.

  10. it is alkaline. That’s how it works. That’s why lemon juice works. That’s why wheat grass works.

That’s why whole wheat pasta (acidic) causes acne; blah, blah, blah.

    It’s the alkaline diet argument.
