  1. How long have you been using the BP? I used it for about 3 months and I kept waiting and waiting for it to stop breaking my skin out and also DRYING it out considerably but eventually I had to stop using it… my skin is much less irritated now and not as dry.

If you have just started using the BP you will have to give it time… somewhere around 2 or 3 weeks. It will cause initial breakouts and dryness.

If you have been taking it for a longer period of time and you are still having problems with it you probably have a sensitivity to it or a skin allergy and I would recommend stopping usage.

    Good luck!

  2. Hey acne_sucks…

I’m 17 too, and I’ve been using the Quinoderm 5 for about 2 months.
My daily routine is allmost simmilar to yours (i don’t eat the vitamins), but I have the same problem as you; i’ve got more acne than before the regimen. 😡

Recently I watched the videos about the regimen, and Dan’s using the BP different from what I did. (I used to use ALOT of BP, and then just scrub the BP into my face).
The last days i’ve tryed to use the same amouth of BP as Dan (he uses less than I did), and my face looks healthier and is not flaky and dry…
I think you have to start by applying small amonth of BP, and then slowly increase the amonth.

I have been patient so far and I think you should be patient too, because if this regimen works for so many people, why shouldn’t it work for us?
    Just keep on fighting! 😀

  3. bp does nothing for me but cause breakouts and irrates it so much no matter how much or little i apply.i hate it grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I used BP a while back several times (in creams, Benzamycin, and OTC). It drove my sensitive skin crazy. Looking back though this was still relatively early so I probably tried to gouge my skin with BP so that was probably part of the problem. My main problem with BP is that its only a superficial solution and does not attack the internal issues.
