Fav mascaras…

Hey, we’ve had a lot of ppl tell which concealers and powders they enjoy best but no one has really mentioned what they like for their eyes the best! I know that it doesn’t have to do with acne but eye makeup is key to taking away from ppl staring at your zits. I have this multiplying mascara by Covergirl that I absolutely love and would reccommend to anyone who has small eye lashes, like me! Does anyone else have any good eye makeup recomendations???

  1. HMMMMMMMMMM…..interesting choices I’ll look into it, I’m always trying to enhance my eyes one way or another and I’m so for the fierce eye lash curler they do wonders! Has anyone tried the new like double extend mascara or something like that. It’s like a conditioner on one side that you put on to strengthen your lashes then mascara on the other side??? I’d like to know if it works or is just a piece of crap!

  2. I’m a….”Maybe she’s born with it….maybe it’s Maybelline” girl!!

I love their Great Lash mascara and I’ve tried a lot over the years.

I have very sensitive eyes so have to avoid most of the well known ones including Clinique and Lancome and Revlon – they all make my eyes red and intchy. :shock

  3. My faves are cliniques full potential mascara and YSL’s flase lash effect mascara. Maybelline full ‘n’ soft is also good. At the moment I am using L’oeal’s Double Extension which I bought because I had head so much about it. It’s ok, but I won’t be repurchasing it.
I’ve also got my Benefit eyelash curler which I loooove. Shu Uemura is meant to have the best eyelash curler around but I can’t get it where I live 🙁

  4. Brenda Christian makes a duo wand mascara with lash conditioner on one side and the mascara on the other. It’s really good, except they only make it in one universal color, which is a kind of soft black, I guess you’d call it. I prefer to wear brown because I am a fair-skinned redhead, but I use it because it is such a wonderful mascara. The combination of the conditioner with the mascara on top thickens the lashes up very nicely but without any clumping.

I also like Lavera‘s mascara ( http:www.lavera-usa.com ). I used to use Origin’s lash conditioner and mascara, although I stopped using it for some reason, so I guess there was something about it I didn’t like (too globby or clumpy, maybe?). I think it’s a good idea to use lash conditioner first, although it’s more expensive and takes more time.

How long do you ladies use your mascaras for before tossing them? I’ve heard anything between 1-4 months as the time to toss them, so I don’t really know. I usually wait between 3 and 4 months, because I can’t afford to be buying conditioner and mascara any more often than that. I haven’t gotten an eye infection yet, so I guess that’s okay.
