I have started a new vitamin and Retin-A acne treatment regimen. I would like to have someone else with moderate to severe acne to try this same regimen so we can compare results. It’s an extreme vitamin schedule (over 60 pills a day), but in all reality it only takes 10 minutes max each day. It’s also moderately expensive to purchase all the supplements, but hell if it works, it’s well worth it.
I have been on the supplements for about 2 week and recently added a few more essential vitamins about 4 days ago. I also started Retin-A about 3-4 days ago. So it’s still early in the game, but I am excited by what I see so far.
If anyone is interested in doing the exact treatment as me, that would be great. Let me know and I will provide all the vitamins I am taking so you can get started.

Im very interested in the vitamines you are taking, currenly ive recently started zinc (15mgx2 a day) and multi vitamines. I cant say ill do your exact treatment but im keen to know all the vitamines you are on.

New Vitamins:
Vit E – 400 I.U. w/ 50mcg of Selenium :: 1 a day
B-50, B Complex :: 1 a day
Selenium, 200mcg a day :: 1 a day
MaxEPA Fish Oil Concentrate, 1000mg :: 6 a day
Alpha Lipoic Acid, 30mg :: 2 a day
Vit A 10,000 I.U. from Fish Liver Oils :: 1 a day
B5 :: 10g a day (20 pills, 500mg each)
Vit C :: 3g a day (6 pills, 500mg each)
Zinc :: 125mg a day (Five 25mg pills)
Cod Liver Oil & Evening Primrose Oil :: Two 1000mg a day
Milk Thistle :: Two 175 mg a day
Chromium :: Two 200mcg a day
Bilberry :: Two 375 mg a day
Grapeseed Extract :: Two 50 mg a day
Mega Minerals :: Four a day
Primal Defense HSO Probiotic Formula :: 2 a day
Coral Calcium :: Two 500 mg a day
i have no idea what each of these vitamines do as i have no knowledge about them regarding acne, ill probably do a bit of research.
