Hey. I have been using B5 for the last couple of weeks and am pretty happy. I also take Vitamin C, Milk Thistle, Acidolphilus, and Iron. I am going to keep the B5 and the Vitamin C, but I am questioning if I should keep with the others or change. Some of the ones I am thinking about changing to are Zinc, Fish Oils, gugulipid, magnesium, etc. Needless to say I am overwhelmed and don’t really know what to take.
Part of my problem is that I have been trying to learn more and more about different vitamins and how they help you. While doing this I have started taking some that know I don’t really know if I need. So I’m calling out for help.
Currently I take B5 3 times a day at 4 Grams each. I know 12 Grams is a high dose, but I have a lot of stuff that needs to get cleared out of my pores. I take between 2-3 Grams of Vitamin C twice a day. Everything else is up for debate.
