i think most people here (or all of em!) DO wash there faces 8)

  2. twice a day everyday,if you are only gonna wash once,do it before you go to sleep rinse with cool water in the morning apply a toner, but i would say twice a day, :angel in the morning and at night

  3. Yeah I agree with Angelina..

Specially at night is the most important as you going to sleep so your face should be clean. For us gals that we use makeup its impossible to be out of washing the face and anyways I dont think not washing face can be of any help. However it is very important the cleansor you use as if its harsh it will definetly do more harm than good. The cleansor should be a mild gentle one, like Cetaphil (if you dont use makeup) or Purpose liquid cleansor. I would be careful with that Neutrogena one you have, that one for me is harsh, in general salycilic acid is harsh for me so you must also have in mind how sensitive your skin is. How was your proactive experience? I like their reparing lotion the most.

  4. I’ve been using cetaphil gentle cleanser for a long time. If you wear a lot of makeup like me, it helps if you remove it with a paper towel (they’re just rough enough to exfoliate a tiny bit and remove the makeup). I usually wipe on a witch hazel/tea tree oil mixture on a paper towel or cotton pad afterward (catches the rest of the makeup). Foaming cleansers seem to be too harsh for my skin.
