Wally’s Acne Treatment Regimen #2

My first regimen worked somewhat, but what I have been doing recently has cleared me up a lot more:

1) I have limited the grains I eat, my version of the gluten free diet. I will eat sandwiches and brats with the buns, but I don’t eat chips or fries. I also have started to drink a lot more water; about all I drink is water.

2) Topically I o­nly do two things. I am continuing with the apple cider vinegar that I put o­n morning and night. Because my acne was clearing up, I was left with all the red spots so after the cider, I use lemon juice o­n spots. It seems to be working really good; my skin is close to being uniform in color, something I haven’t seen in a long time.

3) As for supplements, I have changed this the most:

Morning:

3 G B5 (River City Nutrition)
2.5 grams of Vitamin C (Rexall 1000)
280 mg Milk Thistle (w/ 10 mg of Rosemary Extract) (Rexall)
40 mg of XTRA Premium Blend Acidophilus (Sundown)
27 mg of Iron (Finest Walgreens Iron Supplement)

Nite:

2 G B5 (River City Nutrition)
2.5 grams of Vitamin C (Rexall 1000)
280 mg Milk Thistle (w/ 10 mg of Rosemary Extract) (Rexall)
40 mg of XTRA Premium Blend Acidophilus (Sundown)

I have had a lot of success with this program. Today I had my first new spot in a couple of days instead of a couple every day! Another good thing about this is that my large pores o­n my cheeks are also lighter/smaller!
