The red spots do fade over time, yes. Maybe doing some type of weekly at home peel would help them heal a bit faster. I’m sorry — I know it’s tough. Can you cover them with some make-up?

(That’s weird, it censored the the three "x’s" at the end of your letter.) Livia’s pumpkin peel masque is really nice and it’s not very harsh, but it is awfully expensive. I think they sell a half size one for half the price that’s not listed on the website: http://www.liviaskincare.com/product_info.php?cPath=24&products_id=44 . All her products are raw and organic so they are expensive, but they are wonderful products. I still just have the trial sizes because I can’t afford to buy them myself. I read this online for a home peel suggestion:
Papaya does have enzymes in it so maybe that would help. There are more recipes here for homemade skin peels:

Also to try and get rid of the red spots and anything else, try this trick:)
Okay about 2-3 times a week (depending on how bad it is) take a washcloth and run it under hot water and set it on your face where needed for about 5 minutes and then shower or wash your face with facewash and that should take care of it. Hope this helps!!
