Foods with Vitamin A

I am a newby I ‘m starting Tane next week……..I am wondering how serious I have to get about staying away from chicken, broccoli, carrots, peppers, tomato juice, lettuce ,green veggies etc……almost everything I eat seems to be on list I found of foods that are ” good sources of Vitamin A”. I do not plan on taking multi-vitamins so I am hoping I can still eat regular food.

    You should be fine unless all you eat is carrots:P . Don’t sweat it, just take take any Vitamin A supplements. :D
